As a Consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads, and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
You will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve profit and shareholder value. You can take advantage of opportunities to master new skills, work across different disciplines, move into new challenges, and develop a robust understanding of different industries.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Designing and deploying HR technology solutions establishing key business capabilities & enabling the realization of strategic initiatives and operational improvements.Working on requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of key Employee Central functions like business rules, workflows, position management & MDF objects.Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Core HR (Employee Central platform) as well as knowledge and experience in internal and external EC integrations and relevant experience in other SuccessFactors modules.Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
More than 4 years of experience in full-cycle implementation and support projects for SAP SuccessFactors.Experience in any of the following: Employee Central with Reporting and Benefits.Amenable to work on a client-based schedule (dayshift, mid-shift, night-shift) and in any IBM locations in Quezon City (Eastwood and/or UP Ayala Technohub).Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
At least 2-3 full-cycle implementation and roll-out projects is preferred.Good communication skills will be an advantage.Required Education:
