Duties and responsibilities

Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.Motivate the store crew to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.Train and oversee new staff.Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.Monitor inventory.
Job Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in College (if undergraduate). Preferably, Graduate of any 4-year Business Course or equivalent.At least 1 year working experience.Work Experience in retail industry is a plus.Strong leadership and customer management abilities.Customer service-oriented with knowledge of basic business management processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Must be analytical and critical thinkersMust have entrepreneurial skillsAbility to manage people.Can work in shifting schedule, weekends and holiday.Trustworthy, Reliable with work ethics and high integrity.
