Store Crew

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or convenience store experience is a plus.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Full-time positions only and willing to be assigned in 7/11 Tungkil Minglanilla, Cebu.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and promotions.
- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and give correct change.
- Restock shelves and ensure products are neatly arranged and properly labeled.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform supervisors when stock is low.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the store.
- Regularly check and clean common areas, including restrooms.
