Concentrix Catalyst is searching for a talented CX Engagement Solutions Sr. Analyst to help lead a team through transformational projects. The candidate will work with large clients, interface with internal and external stakeholders, and develop recommendations for improvement. This role is responsible for autonomously executing tasks as they relate to the project or needs of the client. The Sr. Analyst should possess an ability to learn new concepts, develop existing skills, and contribute value to strategic client initiatives while taking initiative to help lead teammates through strategic projects.
Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities Consult with internal and external stakeholders on business operations and performance initiatives under guidance from managerGather, review, and assess client data, information, or documentation related to existing business operations, processes, capabilities, and metricsHelp lead the project team to successfully complete all phases of a client engagement, including but not limited to planning, due diligence, discovery activities such as data collection and focus groups, data cleaning, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and reporting resultsLead interviews, focus groups, and side-by-side observations of client personnel to document current business and operational processes as input to process improvement initiativesDevelop key components of client deliverables (includes ROI analysis, statistical analysis, strategic assessments, communications, and business processes) and/or oversee the work of project AnalystsConduct internal and client-facing presentations to stakeholders to provide findings and recommended changes for improvement initiativesCandidate Background & Profile Confidently communicate ideas to senior executives as well as internal and external stakeholdersDesire to work on team deliverables where individual achievements are components of a larger effortDisplay an exceptional ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvementExcellent attention to detailDemonstrated ability to guide and manage customer transformation effortsStrong problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skillsKnowledge of statistical concepts and applicationsWorking knowledge of contact centers and self-service channels preferredBachelor's degree in related field from a four-year college or university with four to six years of consulting or analytics experience preferredAdvanced Microsoft Office skillsLocation: PHL Fort Bonifacio - Uptown Mall
