This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at The Moment Group of Restaurants located in Quezon City. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating. The Sous Chef will ensure that high-quality dishes are consistently delivered, kitchen operations are efficient, and food safety standards are maintained. Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for culinary excellence are essential for this role. Qualifications
Proven culinary experience in a high-volume environment Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and principles Experience in menu development and recipe creation Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work well in a team and handle pressure Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Excellent time management and organizational skills Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends and holidays Culinary degree or certification is a plus
