Nezda is looking for a Sourcing Manager / Senior Manager.

Morning - mid shift

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
2-3 years of sourcing manager or 1-2 years of Senior Manager experience supporting agent volume hiring in a BPO setup.

Job Description:
Increase and produce significant applicant flow to exceed operational needs.
Work collaboratively with Operations; this position will understand staffing needs and proactively find innovative methods of sourcing candidates.
Familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures, and relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Work is performed within broadly defined areas of regulations and procedures and may be reviewed and monitored by superiors or auditors.
