Experience
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields (e.g. Business Analytics, Computer Engineering, Operations Research)
At least 8+ years of combined Application Development and Architecture Design experience
Experience with system development, test verification and change management methodologies
Skills:
Inquisitive and has a strong passion for software/solution design and architecture.
Able to design integrated solutions that focus on the priorities of the business processes, while ensuring adherence to the organization's overall IT Strategy and Standards
Skills on MS Excel and MS Visio
Strong analytical skills
Proactive and has strong decision-making skillsAdvanced knowledge in MS SQL for computations and formula requirements.
Advance knowledge Microsoft .NET MVC.
Able to work independently
Effective communications skills
Pays close attention to detail
Knowledge:
Excellent knowledge of problem analysis and design techniques;
Strong applications & technology understanding
Effectively present information to influence organizational leaders and key stakeholders
Good knowledge of market system developments; and
Expertise in technical and/or business area.

Technical Performance
Develops and communicates architectural proposals for various projects and initiatives
Ensures solutions are considered end-to-end in business terms and requirements are well understood by suppliers and the project team;
Identifies potential problems/gaps in the end-to-end solutions and look for opportunity to mitigate risks and drive closure of gaps;
Effectively presents information to influence organizational leaders and key stakeholders
Quickly understands, orients to, and learns new assignments
Maintaining an up to date knowledge of market developments to identify and deliver opportunities to leverage existing or emerging technologies and business models which enhance business performance
