You will design innovative and complex systems that meet the client's business needs. You will be responsible for the architecture of a software solution to be implemented with a team of developers. Your goal will be to participate in all phases of the software development cycle. You will carry out the technical and detailed design of application or technological solutions, in accordance with the overall architecture of the solution. You will collaborate with project managers and account directors to develop project plans and schedules. You will evaluate and make recommendations on solution options, based on costs, risks, and benefits. You will play a direct role in communications with clients and managing expectations. You will collaborate with the sales team for project time estimates. You will participate in the analysis of needs, documentation, and the development of acceptance criteria. Occasional travel to the client's site for certain mandates may be required. Areas of expertise :
You hold a DEC or a Bachelor's degree in computer science. You have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position. Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset! You propose cost-effective solutions aligned with requirements, long-term strategies, and visions. You are proficient in various analysis techniques (impact, RAID, cost/benefit, performance, trade-off, gap). You have in-depth knowledge of development technologies such as: C# .NET, Javascript, Javascript Framework (VueJS is an asset), Web/REST API, SQL, Java, Kubernetes, Messaging/Broker, MSSQL, Oracle Database, PostgreSQL, Reactive. You have a good understanding of Cloud-Native technologies and Microsoft Azure. Experience with various methods such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Spotify is an asset. You possess an in-depth knowledge of architectural concepts and are well-versed in the stages of developing an architecture and are interested in recognized methods (TOGAF, Zachman, Merise, PMI). You are involved in the various life cycles, from the idea to production support, of a software solution. You regularly use modeling tools and languages such as UML, MS Office, and ArchiMate. You have experience as a product or architecture owner, as well as in defining functional and non-functional requirements (asset). How we imagine you !
