As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve working with Software Product & Platform Interface & API Engineering and Infrastructure Monitoring to ensure system stability and performance.
Roles & Responsibilities: Provide technical support for critical business systems, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and performance.Develop and maintain technical documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical business systems.Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.Professional & Technical Skills: Required Skill: Proficiency in Software Product & Platform Interface & API Engineering.Additional Must To Have Skills: NoneAdditional Good To Have Skills: Infrastructure Monitoring, EnglishExperience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.Strong understanding of system architecture and infrastructure.Experience with monitoring and alerting tools to ensure system stability and performance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with minimal supervision.Additional Information:
