Sme, Lien Operations

UMMARY OF ROLE
SunPower is seeking for aSecurity Lien Operations SME. The SME will report directly to the Operations Manager and will perform functions related to the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and Public Utilities Commission (PUC) Lien filings for the US Residential Lease Portfolio.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following (other duties may be assigned):
Filing of Security Lien (UCC- State, County & PUC) for the Residential Lease Portfolio

Monitoring and Reporting of overall Portfolio Lien Status

Document Management of Accepted Filings + Rejection Notices received from Recording Offices

Recommend System (Lien Machine) and Process Improvements

Identify issues with the system and coordinate resolution with Lien Machine Admin &/or Developer

Perform UAT for all system enhancements

Perform Prod testing after any change release and system upgrade

Coordinate with SME – Security Lien Payments & Reconciliation – for proper accounting of Lien Filing Payments and Refunds

RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum requirements
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Accounting or Finance with at least 2 years of relevant experience

Team player with high energy, a positive outlook and professional demeanor who takes initiative

Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills as well as, time management and organization skills
Self-directed with the ability to work with various stakeholders and teams. Ability to make quality, independent decisions, as well as, the ability to collaborate effectively with other SMEs, team leaders and managers
Ability to work effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines, high volumes and multiple interruptions
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in MS Excel
Independent worker and analytical thinker with ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems

OTHER PERTINENT INFORMATION
Willing to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna

Willing to work on EU and/or NA shift
