SITE ENGINEERS/PROJECT ENGINEERS (Civil Engineers)Coordinate with the assigned engineer of the Government for the plans, specs, and other pertinent documents of the project;Prepare in-house budget for the project;Prepare construction schedule of activities reflecting manpower, equipment, and materials requirements of our ongoing projects;Prepare B-1 for the ongoing projects as basis for monthly projected expenditures and release of periodic budget;Prepare technical and financial reports to be submitted monthly (cut-off every 25th day of the month and deadline of submission every 27th day of the same month);Prepare progress billings of the projects as basis for monthly projected expenditures and releases of periodic budget;Ensure that all materials needed for the project sites are delivered on time to avoid hampering work;Supervise the overall implementation of the project;Ensure proper safekeeping of equipment, construction materials, diesel, oil, spare parts, and other materials in the project site to avoid pilferage;Implement safety and health program of the project site;Report to the Project Manager, Project Administrative Officer, and Top Management regularly regarding the progress of the projects and any incidents in the project site, such as loss of construction materials, diesel and fuel shortages, accidents, and other issues that may affect the overall implementation of the projects within 24 hours after the incident;Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Top Management.
