Site Development Officer

Job Description :

To support the sales growth of the organization by acquiring new stores that would generate a given target per year.
To identify and recommends feasible site locations by studying the market, traffic flow and movement of the traffic generations.
To ensure that the acquired new stores has complied with GDI SCSD and TVVI operating budget.
To conduct a post new outlet business review, pre-during construction turn over first 90 day sales.
To evaluate results versus plans and identify areas for improvement or areas to avoid.
Qualifications:

Graduate of any 4 year degree course, preferably in economics and marketing.
At least 2 years experience in site / business development, store planning and project management skills.
Knowledgeable in all areas of site mapping locations, business development and project management skills.
Detailed oriented, above average written and oral communication skills.
Self motivated and creative
Negotiation Skills.
