Site Architect

Monitoring and Supervise the site constructionDo the Toolbox meeting everyday with workersDaily Accomplishment Report, Weekly and Monthly ReportCoordinates work with engineering and construction units at project site.Reviews, approves, and issues detailed design and construction drawings and specifications prepared by others.Provides technical guidance to Architectural staff working on the same project.Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriatePlan and conduct minor modifications to complete detailed drawing setsEnsure compliance of construction detail documentation to best practicesPrepare and review as-built drawingsAttend site meetings and project meetings and coordinate schedule reviews and submit samplesEngage in team meetings to resolve project issues and coordinate to schedule adherence of technical issuesConduct and document on-site observations and reviewsMonitor performance of the Contractor/Sub-contractor and identify, raise any quality issuesAssume responsibility of Architectural works in the project and certify on completion the installation

Salary: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
