Site Architect

Job Title: Licensed ArchitectResponsibilities: Supervise project sites with at least 5 years of experience, preferably in high-end housing or vertical projects.Draft architectural plans and ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and policies.Utilize software such as AutoCAD, rendering tools, Photoshop, Sketch Up, Lumion, or other 3D software for design purposes.Manage communication and relationships with team members and clients.Qualifications: Licensed Architect.Basic knowledge of building codes, regulations, and policies.Strong attention to detail and effective people-management skills.Willingness to work in Las Piñas.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
