Shift Manager - Ayala, Makati

Manages multi-teams composed of Junior Digital Marketing Specialists, Digital Marketing Specialists, and Senior Digital Marketing Specialists requisitioned to fulfill campaign deliverables – completion of Digital Marketing services and creation of reports including SEO team’s production line
Ensures that teams perform according to quality, timeliness, and client-delighting standards and guidelines
Handle fulfillment monitoring, manpower hours adjustments, timely delegation, efficient execution, and quality adherence of their team’s tasks
Handle intake, training, coaching, competency and skills development, retention and documentation of team member performance
Process Improvement (Yellow Belt certification or Lean Six Sigma certification)
Experience in being the person responsible for the revenue of the group
Exposure in KPIs that lead to revenue generation
