Role SummaryResponsibilitiesAudit Prescription Setup (Tool: Adminet)Create prescription versions of plano frames.Add power ranges, images, size, and color of frames to the prescription.Resolve orders stuck due to missing RX Data.Associate frames & lenses, input power ranges, and activate frames.Lens PKGs Setup (Tool: FMS1)Create and update lenses for all integrated channels with FMS1.Disable lenses on FMS1 when necessary.Map insurance requests and create logic for insurance analysis.Create new attributes as required.Lens Setups (Tool: PIM E-commerce)Create lenses on the E-commerce platform for all involved brands.Setup data and create/update feeds as necessary.RX Promotions Setup (Tools: HYB/WCS/Markdown tool)Configure RX promotions on lenses using various tools.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.With 3+ years of experience in using SAP-FMS, e-commerce platform and tools required.Familiarity with prescription eyewear setup processes is a plus.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to effectively manage multiple setups concurrently.Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot setup issues efficiently.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Additional InformationWork Location: Hybrid (3x a week onsite work) | Mid/Night Shift
