Service Now Senior Consultant

Job Description: Provide process and technical consulting service to clients.Contribute to the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions including customer engagement, user requirement definition, change management, engagement management, configuration of technical infrastructure components, business focused testing and training.Lead workshops to demonstrate the platform and application function, define client current and desired state, and propose the solution.Build client understanding of ServiceNow functionality and present to a high standard of quality, including customer demonstrations, story definition, testing, and supporting the wider sales and delivery functions.Mentor and train more junior members of the team.Build active client demonstrations that enable customers to view the product and visualize how it will meet their objectives.Participate in pre-sales activities and client demonstrations in pursuit of growth opportunities.Help drive the estimation of the effort to realize the implementation of the proposed solution.Establish deep and lasting relationships with clients and team members to enhance the reputation of DXC as an advisor of choice.Minimum Qualifications: Preferably with Certified ServiceNow Administrator, CIS-ITSM, and Certified Application Developer, CIS-HR/HRSD.
