Service Now Developer

V-Assist is a dynamic and innovative company focused on providing top-tier virtual assistant services to a diverse range of clients.

We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in the ServiceNow platform, particularly in the following modules: Field Service Management (FSM), Professional Services Delivery (PSDS), IT Service Management (ITSM), and Customer Service Management (CSM). As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to enhance our business processes and meet our organizational needs.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with demonstrated expertise in FSM, PSDS, ITSM, and CSM modules.
Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (preferred). Additional certifications in FSM, PSDS, ITSM, and CSM are a plus.
Skills:
Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, scripting (JavaScript), and integration.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (FSM, PSDS, ITSM, CSM) and their functionalities.
Experience with ServiceNow's Service Portal, UI Policy, Business Rules, and Data Import.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
