Service Driver

Job Summary: As a Service Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and services to clients and ensuring timely delivery. You will represent the company through excellent customer service and maintain the vehicle in good working condition.Qualification:Driving clients daily to their desired destinationsMaintaining the vehicle safe and cleanUsing navigation apps to determine the best routeProven experience as a DriverA valid driver's licenseA clean driving recordMinimum visual acuity of 20/50 (or corrected to 20/50)Familiarity with GPS devicesKnowledge of area roads and neighborhoodsAbility to lift heavy packages and luggageAvailability to occasionally take weekend and night shiftsA polite and professional dispositionAbility to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient tripPick up clients from the place and at the time they've requestedCollect payments and issue receiptsAssist clients with loading and unloading their luggageListen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditionsAdjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as neededAnswer clients' questions about the area and local places of interestEnsure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all ridersSchedule regular car service appointments and report any issuesBook car wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car
