Details of the offer

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, any field.
Required skill(s): Customer service, Technical support, Client Management.
Advantage if candidate has background supporting Social Media clients
Strong knowledge on operations/service delivery and ability to manage critical situations with minimum supervision
Excellent ability to identify and grow talent, lead, motivate and coach direct reports
Good Analytical & Coordination skills are essential
Understanding of business process improvement methods
Setting, Meeting and Managing Internal and external stakeholder expectations.
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Mckinley West,Taguig.
Applicants must be willing to work in mid shift, graveyard shift. Holidays and Weekends (if needed)
Preferably Manager / Sr. Managers specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
