Service Advisor

Accommodates customers queries about parts and accessories and services needed in their vehicle; receives walk in and scheduled customers for requirements. Has the ability to communicate and interact well with the customer in a professional way. Recommending and prescribing the proper/required procedures to address such concerns. Ensures that technicians adhere to standard repair times as set by management and JMC for maximum efficiency. Able to recommend appropriate upgrades and/or pre-emptive solutions in view to enhancing customer experience in owning a JMC vehicle. Job Qualifications
At least college graduate in any course related to automotive or any business-related course. Preferably, at least one year experience in the related field. Other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time. Willing to be assigned at Panacan, Davao City or anywhere in the Metro Davao.
