We're offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced UI/UX Designer to create amazing user experiences and collaborate on the development of:

Crover-built software tool for expense claim automation, instaClaim (https://instaclaim.app/)A new Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) toolKey Responsibilities: Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using FigmaConduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain pointsDesign visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces, adhering to brand guidelines and design standardsWork closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goalsPlan and conduct user testing sessions, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs to improve usability and user satisfactionDevelop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency across all productsCollaboration with product managers and engineersKeep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliver cutting-edge solutionsRequirements: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design workProficiency in design tools and mastery of FigmaDeep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologiesExcellent English written and verbal communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisionsA keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for creating beautiful and functional designsDemonstrated user research experienceProven track record of managing all UI and UX aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycleKnowledge of Agile methodologiesExperience with A/B testing and experimentationExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsExperience working with international teams and in global marketsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirementsDemonstrated eagerness to learn new skills and take on diverse tasks, fostering both personal and company growthBenefits: Crover offers highly competitive, total compensation packages linked directly to an employee's professional experienceThe range of starting annual base pay for this role is PHP 50,000 - 65,000 per monthCollaborative and innovative environment: have the chance to work with one of the leading robotics teams in the world, leading the way in granular locomotion at a global levelOpportunities for professional growth and development
