Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Overview
The Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding. The duties of Sr. TA Specialist include management of the Acxelsus recruitment operations, collaboration with internal stakeholders, senior management, and clients to facilitate the seamless recruitment and onboarding of new team members. Additionally, this role will be involved with projects related to recruitment such as process improvement and employer branding initiatives.
Job Scope Client Calibration and Management
• Lead collaborations with clients to understand and calibrate their recruitment needs.
• Attend high-level discovery calls and meetings to gather detailed client requirements.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing complex recruitment concerns and inquiries.End-to-end Recruitment
• Oversee and manage the success of Acxelsus' recruitment operations by developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct comprehensive screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for client needs.
• Present highly qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview schedules.
• Provide expert feedback and guidance to Jr. TA Specialists throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare and review job offers for selected candidates.
• Support new hires through pre-employment requirements, including medical exams and background checks.Market Research and Analysis
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with valuable insights.
• Conduct research on competitor activities and talent availability.
• Use data and analytics to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.Other Responsibilities
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives and lead various recruitment projects.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning about all HR facets, including employee relations, compliance, compensation and benefits, training, and development.
• Lead recruitment training sessions and workshops to enhance HR knowledge and skills within the team. Job Requirements
• 5+ years of proven experience in local end-to-end recruitment
• Must have experience in sourcing both passive and active candidates
• Must have experience in an offshore staffing company and/or BPO industry
• HR generalist experience is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Familiarity with various applicant tracking systems including recruitment automation tools
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong negotiation skills and sound judgement
