The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner takes overall responsibility for the delivery of high-quality recruitment services for Tribal's Asia region, specifically our Philippines, Malaysia, and Geelong regional offices. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will provide a key source of local expertise and will identify, develop and deploy the most effective and appropriate recruitment approaches that safeguard our ability to hire key talent into the business. This role is primarily a delivery role, working with HR Leadership to shape and secure recruitment delivery across the region, proactively making recommendations and embedding recruitment best practices. This role takes responsibility for securing the end-to-end completion of recruitment activities throughout the recruitment life cycle.

You will have solid in-house experience recruiting technical and specialist roles. As a self-starter with excellent problem-solving capabilities, you will be able to make sound decisions independently and be solutions-oriented.
You'll also ideally: Be a natural with data; you will use data for developing talent insights and hiring strategies to measure performance and results.Have served as a true talent partner, providing insights and expertise to ensure results and contribute to broader talent strategies.Have good knowledge and experience of selection methodologies and strategies that drive up quality in talent acquisition.Your key responsibilities are to: Act as the regional recruitment expert and representative for our Philippines, Malaysia, and Geelong business.Develop, champion, and drive an approach to recruitment which empowers Diversity and Inclusion at Tribal.Have a forward-looking approach to recruitment aligned to the changing expectations of an increasingly competitive labour market.Act as a recruitment expert with a focus on developing sustainable talent pipelines around core, challenging Tech roles.Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and manage those stakeholders effectively through complex recruitment campaigns.Manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns across the full employee spectrum, in line with agreed KPIs and team objectives, focusing on high-risk/critical recruitment.Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to maximise the quality of talent and business impact, with a focus on passive candidate engagement.Ensure that costs are managed, and activities comply with company policies and legislation.Serve as an internal expert, providing advice and guidance to management and HR colleagues on best practices in Talent attraction and assessment.Develop, cultivate and maintain talent pools and proactively engage with Talent at all stages of the pipeline.Partner with the broader People team to ensure that resourcing implications of people plans are understood and proactively managed.Support with recruitment for the UK offices if required.Other key role details: Remote / Work from homeCandidate must be open to onsite work when required (5 E-Com Building, MOA, Pasay)Flexible dayshift scheduleMonday to Friday, weekends offWhy Tribal?
