Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to spearhead business development efforts in Mindanao. This role focuses on expanding our client base, particularly within the food and manufacturing industries, and promoting our market-leading certification services.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and develop new accounts, focusing on certifications for FSSC, BRC, SMETA Audits, FSMS, ISMS, and other QHSE standards. Market Strategy: Craft and implement effective sales and go-to-market strategies tailored to regional needs. Client Engagement: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, client presentations, proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract acquisition. Collaboration: Coordinate with internal business units, regional offices, and operational teams to ensure seamless project execution. Customer Satisfaction: Build strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust. Opportunity Management: Monitor and pursue emerging business opportunities and market trends. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields. Proven track record in sales, preferably within the certification, quality assurance, or related industries. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (., Salesforce). Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Why Join Us?
