Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious business school and research institution. Our highly respected client is seeking a Senior Program Development & Delivery Manager who is well-versed in leading and managing the development and delivery of executive education programs. The job is based in Makati City, Philippines.

Job summary:
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead and manage the development and delivery of executive education programs at our Executive Education & Lifelong Learning School. This senior management position will oversee both program strategy and execution, focusing on curriculum design, stakeholder management, and team leadership to ensure successful program delivery.

Key job responsibilities include:
* Program Strategy & Development: Lead the design and development of short courses and executive education programs, ensuring alignment with industry trends, client needs, and organizational standards. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to refine course content and ensure relevance to diverse audiences.
* Curriculum Design & Alignment: Work closely with Program Directors and other stakeholders to develop and align curriculum with industry best practices and academic standards. Ensure all courses meet the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) standards, particularly for SEELL programs.
* Team Leadership & Collaboration: Oversee a team of Program Supervisors and Program Associates, ensuring effective collaboration and maintaining high standards in program execution. Guide and support teams through leadership, mentorship, and performance management.
* Program Operations & Delivery: Manage the execution of programs, ensuring timely delivery of program activities, resource allocation, and cost-effective solutions to meet program and budgetary requirements. Supervise Senior Program Supervisors and Delivery Supervisors to maintain high-quality delivery.
* Stakeholder Management & Reporting: Cultivate positive relationships with all stakeholders, including students, faculty, and internal teams. Regularly report to the School Head on program progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
* Continuous Improvement & Excellence: Foster a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and growth. Ensure the continuous improvement of programs and processes, aligning them with FT Ranking requirements and the overall mission of the school.

Key job requirements include:
* At least 7 years of experience in program development, curriculum design, or learning and development (L&D).
* Proven leadership experience, managing diverse teams with varied personality dynamics.
* Strong background in training and program management, preferably within BPOs, language schools, or L&D settings.
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
* Master's degree preferred (MBA or related business management field).
* At least 3 years of experience in program management or program design in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
* Expertise in curriculum mapping and design, with intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office and events management.
