ACSEL Manpower & Gen Services is seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to join our team in Santa Rosa City Laguna. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the manufacturing processes within our organization, ensuring efficient and effective production.
What you'll be doing Designing, developing and implementing process improvements to increase productivity and qualityAnalyzing production data and identifying opportunities for process optimizationTroubleshooting process issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve problemsEnsuring compliance with industry standards, regulations and safety protocolsProviding technical guidance and mentorship to junior process engineersDocumenting and standardizing processes to maintain operational efficiencyCollaborating with the R&D team to support the development of new products and processesWhat we're looking for Minimum of 1 years' experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environmentStrong technical knowledge of process engineering principles, including process design, optimization and controlProficiency in data analysis, statistical process control and problem-solving techniquesExperience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma or KaizenExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsAbility to work independently and lead process improvement initiativesBachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related fieldWhat we offer At ACSEL Manpower & Gen Services, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
