Senior Payroll And Timekeeping Specialist

Qualifications:

3-4years experience in Timekeeping/payroll
Experience Excel - consolidating/transferring a lot of data from Excel
Self driven / can work remotely

Key Responsibilities:
Collect, review, and process employee time and attendance records.
Monitor timekeeping records for accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll reports.
Identify areas of opportunities for standardization and process improvements
Provide regular updates to management on timekeeping and payroll metrics.
Investigate and resolve timekeeping discrepancies and issues.
Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on timekeeping policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate and organized records of timekeeping and payroll activities.
