Detailed Job Description: Supervise the everyday working of the Department operating process and increase the efficiency of workers for various growth-oriented programs.Maintain and provide efficient backup to the supply department and ensure achievement of all internal and external needs.Provide training to workers and provide upgrades to various technical skills.Analyze and identify all performance-related issues and ensure appropriate steps to provide loss.Administer all indoor performance in the department through efficient coaching and monitoring.Develop plans and supervise various departmental meetings and participate in various growth-based campaigns.Analyze and ensure better results to fulfill all business requirements.Prepare regular reports, conduct audits on various operations, and evaluate the process as per business requirements.Provide support and join improvement-based methods.Responsible for Company resources and subcontractor capacity and capability readiness as per the requirement from Market Service.Contribute significantly to the holistic Subcontractor strategy & selection for the country or region to meet customers' requirements.Accountable and responsible for headcount management, achieving business group targets, and for the accuracy of the Field Force cost assigned perimeter. Continually drive cost improvements by implementing the right processes.Oversee the different functional processes and perform regular root cause analyses for continuous improvements.Execute individual and team performance management using field KPIs/metrics to achieve improved field services output. Develop competencies of Field Service teams with appropriate training and ensure that best practices are identified, supported, developed, and applied.Setup and maintain the Field Force support functions like pre-sales support, EHS compliance, administration, etc. for multiple projects.Analyze and develop corrective action plans when objectives are not met.Oversee the administration of performance appraisals and feedback to assigned colleagues in a timely manner.Meet with direct reports on a monthly basis to discuss performance, and provide coaching and development opportunities.Provide pro-active one-to-one and group coaching as appropriate to improve the skills, accuracy, and quality of work and behavior of their team.Create performance improvements plan program to address consistent non-performers in the program as needed.Ensure understanding of the expected behaviors and act as a role model to others.Work with HR on matters that warrant corrective action in accordance with established policies and procedures.Act as the key point of escalation for issues/concerns of department managers.Proactively communicate any planned initiatives with the General Manager, prior to implementation and agreement, to ensure alignment with center-wide plans.Find new methods, techniques, and procedures to improve and streamline existing processes and procedures in an effort to continue to exceed customer requirements.Lead or participate in projects as a subject matter expert.Others as may be prescribed by the General Manager.JOB QUALIFICATION Related experience in Construction OperationsPeople management skillsMust be a licensed Engineer (Non-Negotiable)EXPERIENCE: Managing Construction Projects: 10 years (Preferred)Managing Construction Operations Professionals: 10 years (Preferred)EDUCATION: Graduate of Business Mechanical Engineering Course or any related course.
