Primary Responsibilities: Deliver/facilitate new hire training for Coding Training DRG CVA & other areas depends on where the trainer may get cross skilled into e.g. Coding AcademyDeliver new hire and incumbent job specific training using innovative methods that increase retention and enhance cost effectiveness, basis approved standardized curriculumDeliver ongoing refresher training based on development needsResponsible for getting Train the Trainer Certified by the Onshore/offshore Training TeamResponsible for measuring and tracking pre and post training performanceResponsible for tracking assessment scoresOrganize, coordinate, and communicate training programs for the businessProvide feedback on regular basisPartner with leadership to provide coaching during trainingProvide feedback to management on individual and group training resultsProvide feedback to the instructional design teamTraining DevelopmentReview and update training materials as neededComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
