YOUR ROLE Conducts meetings, trainings, teleconference calls, and chat sessions with different Henkel counterparts
Lead projects and process migrations for International Packaging Specification (IPAS) Adhesives
Provide second-level support for daily processing of IPAS Adhesives requests
Offer training to users and new team members
Generate reports for Regional and Global teams
Assist the Team Lead in maintaining up-to-date process documentation
Perform other tasks as directed by the manager YOUR SKILLS Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ Administration, Engineering or other relevant courses
Minimum of five (5) years relevant work experience in Master Data maintenance and Reporting ; Preferably for Global material master data for Packaging
Advanced knowledge in Power BI and Microsoft Office Excel required; Skills in VBA, Macros, SAP, Azure platform for machine learning or other accounting system is highly preferred
Having a background in Continuous Improvement (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) and Project Management is an advantage
Must be proactive, analytical, and have good stakeholder management and presentation skills are required
Excellent command of the English language in both spoken and written
