Overview:

The Senior Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating marketing campaigns and events, and ensuring the smooth execution of our marketing processes. This role requires a combination of creativity, project management skills, and a strong understanding of marketing principles to help drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. Job Description:
1. Campaign Coordination and Automation: Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print. Manage and execute marketing automation campaigns using Hubspot. Develop workflows, manage email marketing campaigns, and monitor performance metrics. Optimize and refine marketing automation processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Coordinate with the marketing team, creative agencies, and vendors to ensure timely and successful campaign delivery 2. Cross-Channel Coordination: Coordinate and integrate marketing efforts across various channels including email, social media, web, print, and events. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies. 3. Administration Management: Support the execution of our overall marketing strategy and campaign activities, in line with the annual marketing calendar. Assist with performing marketing administrative duties as well as design and implement efficient processes to ensure the smooth operation of the marketing activities. Develop and deliver clear and compelling marketing communications. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on campaign performance and project status. 4. Content Creation and Management: Assist in creating, editing, and proofreading marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials. Manage and update content on the company website, blog, and social media platforms to ensure consistency and relevance. 5. Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, webinars, trade shows, and conferences. Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, promotional materials, and on-site support. 6. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and campaigns. Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to track performance, ROI, and effectiveness of marketing initiatives. 7. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, design, and customer support, to align marketing strategies with business goals and objectives. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather information, provide updates, and ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and campaigns Requirements

-Minimum of 7 years experience
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. -Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator and marketing automation.
-Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
-Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
-Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
-Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and traditional marketing techniques.
-Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
-Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
-Team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
