Job specification:• Development of winning client proposals• Lead End to end Project Management for both Qualitative and Quantitative Researcho Overall Project Management and coordination with client and operations teamo Designing of best research methodology to address clients' research objectives.and budgeto Development of questionnaires and discussion guideso Preparation of Tabulation Specifications for Quantitative Researcho Moderation of in-depth interviews/ focus group discussionso Start to use projective and advanced techniques as appropriate.o Interpretation and Analysis of project findings/results and contribute to Groupdebriefings.o Draw conclusions/ insights and write reports with appropriate graphics andchartingo Presentation of findings to cliento Overall project quality control• Pro-active and high-standard client servicing• Keep abreast of current trends within market research to develop knowledgebase.Qualities and qualifications:• Diploma/degree holder of Communications Research, Marketing, Economics,Business Management, Social Sciences, or related field• At least 3 years of Research Executive experience, with qualitative moderationexperience• Exceptional time management skills• Good project management and organizational skills• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.• Attention to detail and accuracy.• Knowledge of basic Statistics an advantage• Computer literate. Good with Excel charting and PowerPoint graphics.• Ability to multi-task and work under time pressure• Self–driven and able to manage projects independently.• Effective in spoken and written English communication skills.• Working experience in a Market Research Agency is an advantage.
