Senior Lawyer

Job ResponsibilitiesManage the performances of all legal personnel.Oversee the effective and efficient delivery of services of the legal department.Manage legal representation of the business on all corporate matters.Provide significant input in the development and implementation of legal compliance policies and procedures.Collaborate with cross-functional team leaders to provide legal advice through all corporate transactions.Identify legal issues within the business and provide legal analyses and possible legal solutions.Recommend solutions for addressing critical legal and policy issues to ensure that the business's legal and overall objectives are met.Prepare various complex contracts and develop and document standard terms and conditions for the business's consumers.Provide accurate and timely counsel to executives on a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance, etc.).Implement proper documentation for each project and/or case managed by the Legal Department.Ensure that the functions of the Legal Department are properly executed through hands-on participation and management.Implement and monitor cost-saving activities of the Legal Department.Perform other tasks as assigned by management.Job Type: Full-time
