Make work personal.The HRBP is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in our Davao site. This role is a key liaison between the local business leaders and the HR department, delivering value-added services to both employees and management. The HRBP will help manage human resources operations, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance to ensure a high-performance workforce.
Responsibilities Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with site leadership to understand business needs and provide strategic HR support to achieve business objectives.Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and site-specific requirements.Drive talent management strategies including workforce planning, succession planning, and retention efforts.Employee Relations and Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and regular feedback sessions.Conduct employee surveys and propose action plans to improve employee satisfaction.Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, ensuring alignment with company standards.Provide coaching and guidance to managers on effective performance evaluations, feedback, and improvement plans.Monitor employee progress and collaborate with leadership to address underperformance or skill gaps.Compliance and Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.Regularly review and update HR policies to align with legal requirements and industry best practices.Conduct internal investigations as needed and recommend disciplinary actions when necessary.HR Operations: Manage daily HR operations such as employee data management, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to management on turnover, engagement, and other HR KPIs.Ensure the proper documentation and communication of HR processes and policies across the site.Change Management: Support the organization through periods of change, such as restructuring, mergers, or operational shifts.Lead initiatives related to organizational development and change management to ensure smooth transitions.Provide guidance and support to employees and management during change implementation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).10+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a managerial or HR Business Partner role.Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.Proven experience in talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.Experience working in Davao, familiarity with the region or willingness to relocate to Davao is a plus.
