The HRIS Analyst will be an integral member of a team providing global system support across various HR functions, including HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits, Payroll, and Compensation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a detail-oriented approach, and a customer-focused mindset, with a deep understanding of the SuccessFactors platform. Excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritize projects, and the capability to manage confidential information are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities: Administer and maintain the HRIS platform, ensuring data accuracy and optimal system performance.Utilize reporting tools to generate standard and ad-hoc reports, supporting decision-making and providing insights into HR metrics.Implement stringent data validation and quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and consistency of HR reports.Act as a liaison between the HR and IT teams to test new functionalities during system upgrades, involving relevant business users as needed.Collaborate with HR Coordinators, HR Business Partners, and Payroll to troubleshoot queries in Employee Central for various modules, including Onboarding, Employee Central Core, and Recruiting.Assist with employee data entry and system maintenance tasks as required.Create and maintain process documentation for HRIS procedures.Work with the manager on special projects.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications: BS degree plus 3-5 years' professional HR experience (or the equivalent in professional and HRIS experience)HRIS experience with the SuccessFactors system required particularly around Employee Central
