YOUR ROLE Process US and Canada end to end payroll (Gross to Net, Payment, Deductions and Payroll Reporting, Preparation of Bank Files, Off Cycle Processing) on a weekly and bi-weekly basisCreates and updates process documentation and workflowAnalysis and Validation of Payroll Processing Results and ReportsReconcile and prepares pre and post payroll reportingCoordinates with different teams inside and outside the organization, 3rd party vendors and stakeholdersEnsured that all time entries, earnings, benefits, garnishments, taxes and data are accurate, correct and with the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)Participates in Continuous Process Improvements YOUR SKILLS Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Human Resources or relevant fieldMinimum of two (2) years' experience in handling US and/or Canada end-to-end payroll processing; Preferably with at least one (1) year focus on US and Canada Taxation and Global MobilityBackground in running Payroll Audits/ Validation is highly preferred Experience in handling different payroll system and tools is required (e.g., SAP and Dayforce)Knowledge in intermediate to advanced MS Excel required Skilled in Project Management and Time Management; With excellent command of the English language both written and verbal communicationAmenable to work on a night shift schedule (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM), following US holidays, and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
