Senior Hr Staff - Cavite - Experienced In Labor Relations

JOB DETAILS:

Salary Range: ?18,000 - ?20,000
Work Location: ROSARIO, CAVITE

- Must be a Graduate of any 4-year Management or Business Course, or Psychology
- Must have a 3-year Work Experience in a Manufacturing Company
- Must have a 2-year Social Auditing Experience
- Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training is an advantage
- Experience as a Safety Officer is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Tagalog)
- Meticulous attention to detail with ability to multi-task
- Excellent documentation & reporting skills
- Above average analytical skills
- Effective written communication, with basic knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and E-mail
- Excellent employee networking skills
- Excellent investigation skills

- In-depth knowledge of legal due process administration and analysis
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and the just and authorized causes of termination
- Ongoing and updated knowledge of external labor climate
