YOUR ROLE Assignment of Security Roles/Profiles and Authorizations for HR and Payroll systems to all employees globally; Responsible for analyzing change requests from business stakeholders / local counterparts, processing of information, and administration/development of technical profiles/rolesInvolved in design, development & user acceptance testing of HR security rolesImplementation of the approved technical documentation in the developed systemsEnsure accountability on authorization related issues, problem-solving and trouble shootingProvide assistance in the preparation of special analyses and reports for regional and global; Deliver documentations for processes, including work guide, process flow, and improvement on policies where neededSupport in data gathering, system analysis and design, blueprinting, system configuration, unit testing and documentation of HR Authorizations ProjectsContinuously identify potential automation or improvement initiatives for existing processes YOUR SKILLS Bachelor's Degree in any courseMinimum of three (3) years working experience in Authorizations with strong knowledge in SAP HR Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required; Must have excellent Excel skillsExperience in project management and needs to be proactive; With issue resolution and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written English communication skills is needed due to global stakeholder interactionAmenable to work on a day shift schedule (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
