Senior Graphic Designer Ui Design

This role will be working with the Regional Training team based in Manila to create e-learnings and training videos and will take design direction from the Lead Designer based in Singapore. The ideal candidate should have an eye to details and able to translate highly-level requirements into interaction flows and transform them into intuitive and functional user interfaces. He/She will be based in Quezon City, Manila.

Responsibilities:

To develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and work

Designing graphic user interface elements like menus, tabs and widgets.

Able to convey concepts and ideas effectively through various formats such as animation / GIFs, infographics, presentations, etc.

To be the main project lead in conceptualizing and ensuring all graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand and fits the requirements

Conduct adjustments based on users’ feedback and giving constructive feedback/advices from design point of view

Design within corporate guidelines when required and push creative ideas

Able to work closely with other designers in sharing ideas and completing project as a team

Requirements:

3 -5 years relevant experience as a Graphic / UI designer or similar role

Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite, mainly in Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, After Effects, Premier Pro and Dreamweaver

Must have knowledge in HTML and CSS

Experience with JavaScript and other comparable languages will be a plus point

Proficiency in Adobe Captivate and experience in instructional design are a distinct advantage

Possess a strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print (animation / videos, EDMs, social media posts, website and landing pages, brochures, flyer, PowerPoint presentations, events & marketing collaterals)

Strong typography and illustration skills.

Portfolio of design projects.

Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines but remains the attention to details.
