Senior Garment Production Coordinator

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
Can communicate in English
Minimum of 5 years of experience in GARMENTS industry as production coordinator/manager
Strong knowledge of garment construction processes, fabric characteristics, sewing and printing techniques
Has advantage knowledge in CAD and BOM
With experience with Tech Packs.
Willing to work in ASAP in LIMA TECHNOLOGY CENTER.

Key responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate the entire garment production process
Collaborate with design team to plan products according to design drawings, plates, and sample requirements
Analyze and solve problems efficiently
Can identify and address any issues, malfunction or discrepancies in the sample plan construction.
Ensures the quality of garments through testing and fitting, checking for issues such as stitching, durability, and fabric performance.
