DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and mentor small team of 2 (Assistant accountant and Accounts Payable)Manage monthly end to end financial reporting.Prepare Monthly Profit & Loss statement and balance sheet.Overseeing general ledgers and accounts Payable, fix assets register.Conducting variance analysis of financial results against budget and providing meaning full commentary.Manage Balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly, half-yearly, yearly basis.Provide Weekly cashflow and forecasting.Assist Commercial team with annual budgeting and planning process.Delivering Process Improvements and updated procedures.Provide Ad Hoc support for management Coordinate in external audit processes, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
