As an IT Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing,implementing, and maintaining automation workflows using VMware vRealize Orchestrator (VRO) integrated with our IT Service Management (ITSM) platform.
You will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiencyby automating IT processes and ensuring seamless service delivery.In your new role you will:Develop and maintain automation workflows in VMware vRealize Orchestrator to streamline IT operations.Integrate VRO with ITSM tools to automate service request fulfillment, incident management, and change processes.Collaborate with IT teams to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into technical solutions.Ensure high availability and optimal performance of the VRO environment.Create and maintain documentation for automation workflows, including technical specifications and process diagrams.
