Senior Designer

Assist the Design Manager in providing design direction, executing client
requirements, quality control, design management, and team management.Prepare architectural and/or interior design plans specific to office fit-outs,
from schematic design and renders to construction plans, vetting plans, shop drawings, and detailed drawings.Develop conceptual design schemes and specifications, including the selection of furniture, materials, décor, and finishes, while keeping the client's budget in mind.Oversee the design process using technical expertise and tools.Sign architectural/interior design plans as needed.Prepare and participate in client presentations and create design presentation
reports.Research design trends and material specifications.Liaise with vendors/suppliers for sourcing material specifications, methodologies, and budgetary proposals.Collaborate closely with designers, decorators, architects, and contractors.Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
