Senior Change Manager

-Develop and implement change management strategies, communications, training and engagement activities/plans to support organizational initiatives.
-Identify and assess the impact of change on individuals and the organization, and develop and support the team to execute strategies to mitigate resistance.
-Engage with key stakeholders to build support for change initiatives and communicate the impact and benefits of change.
-Communicate and gain support of key leaders to help them lead their teams through change.
-Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
-Creation of measureable adoption dashboards to monitor project success and report back to key stakeholders.
