Job Description People Development & Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three Assistant Brand Managers (ABMs), providing direction and fostering a collaborative environment.Encourage and support team members in achieving their professional growth goals, building a strong pipeline of future brand leaders.Strategic Influence & Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate and advocate for brand strategies to influence upper management and cross-functional stakeholders.Develop and present data-driven insights and brand performance updates, building consensus and gaining buy-in from senior leadership.Complex Brand Management: Manage a highly visible and agile brand, ensuring responsive and proactive adjustments to brand strategies in a fast-paced, competitive market.Oversee end-to-end brand initiatives, including product launches, market penetration strategies, and positioning tactics to sustain the brand's leadership status.Competitive Advantage & Brand Health Management: Monitor market trends, competitive positioning, and brand health metrics to identify opportunities for gaining a competitive edge.Assess research needs and oversee the development of research plans to address gaps in category knowledge.Campaign, Product Launch, & Promotion Management: Lead cross-functional coordination for new product development, launches, and campaign execution to ensure timely and effective rollout.Work closely with Trade Marketing, creative and media agencies, Digital partners, Corporate Media, and Corporate Research teams to create integrated marketing campaigns.The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).Proven experience in leadership, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.Minimum of 8 years in marketing, with expertise in brand management and strategic planning.Demonstrated success in managing a market-leading brand in a competitive landscape.Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to brand strategy.What's on Offer Competitive packageJoin a highly engaged and people-focused cultureFlexible work set upThis position offers a unique opportunity to lead a talented team, shape a top-performing brand, and make a tangible impact on the company's growth.
