Senior Backbase Architects

Responsibilities: Solution Design: Develop and implement architectural solutions using the Backbase platform to enhance digital banking services.
Technical Leadership: Lead a team of developers and engineers, providing guidance on best practices and ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
Integration Management: Oversee the integration of Backbase with existing banking systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business units, project managers, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all solutions meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.
Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in software development and architecture, with a focus on digital banking platforms.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in the Backbase platform, including its architecture and components.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Must be willing to work in BGC, Hybrid setup, Regular Office Hours.
