Senior Application Support
The Application Support role involves providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for software applications, ensuring they function smoothly for end-users. This position requires a strong understanding of application functionality, effective problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.b>Responsibilities:
Lead smooth and quality-assured transition of application features from development to
production environments
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimization of business application service
operations
Lead the development of the Operations Enablement service catalogue to further improve
service delivery
Run/Lead small to mid-sized projects related to operations
Qualifications:
Degree in technology, software engineering or related quantitative field
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in technology and/or financial
industry
Strong proficiency in SQL and Java
Proficient in relational databases (SQL Server/PostgresDB)
Experience in cloud services such as AWS (certification is a plus)
Experience with incident and problem management
Experience in programming languages is a must-have
Proficiency with collaboration and project tools like Jira, Confluence
Good understanding or have gained experience on at least one common Enterprise Agile
Framework (certification is a plus)
Proven ability to balance and prioritize multiple operations/projects at a time, while
maintaining sharp attention to detail
Knowledge about private markets would be an advantage
