We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our Supply Chain Management team. This individual will play a key role in analyzing data related to supplier performance, pricing, and market trends to support strategic decisions. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Power BI DAX coding is essential.
This is a night shift position with a schedule of 9am EST - 6pm EST, Monday - Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and interpret large datasets related to supplier performance, pricing, and sourcing to support decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights for improving sourcing strategies and supplier relations.
• Leverage Power BI DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) coding to create custom calculations and optimize data models for more effective reporting.
• Build advanced Excel models to support pricing analysis, supplier performance tracking, and sourcing efficiency.
• Collaborate with the business development team to provide data-driven support on sales initiatives.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and supply chain optimization.
• Assist in preparing presentations and detailed reports for internal stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security while managing multiple data sources.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, supply chain, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a data analyst or business analyst role, preferably in healthcare, or a related industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, dashboard creation, and visualizations.
• Demonstrated experience with Power BI DAX coding for complex data calculations and optimizations.
• Ability to handle large datasets and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with other data analytics tools or programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python).
• Familiarity with supplier performance scorecards, KPIs, and procurement analytics.
• Knowledge of sourcing, supply chain, or pharmaceutical industry practices is a plus.
