We are looking for a talented Senior AI Bot Developer to help us build the most amazing, custom customer service bots in the world.
As our Senior AI Bot Developer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered customer service bots. While experience with Kore.AI is a plus, it's not required; if you possess the skills to create conversational, human-like bots that engage customers in a helpful and friendly way, we want to talk to you. You'll work closely with our team to understand our vision, develop creative bot flows, and implement a system that represents our high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and test AI-powered customer service bots to deliver a seamless experience across multiple channels.Develop engaging, conversational dialog flows, intents, and responses that embody our brand values: friendly, fast, and frictionless.Collaborate closely with the tech team to integrate bots with platforms like Zendesk, Twilio Flex, and Survicate.Continuously gather feedback to refine bot performance, incorporating human-like nuances to enhance customer interactions.Document processes and workflows for knowledge sharing and future improvements.Implement developed bot flows and features within Kore.AI (training available if needed). Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degreeExperience: Minimum of 5 years work experienceConversational AI Development: Demonstrated experience creating chatbots or voice bots using major AI platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Rasa).AI/NLP Expertise: Solid understanding of Natural Language Processing, intent recognition, and machine learning techniques relevant to bot development.Creative Dialog Design: Skill in crafting human-like, engaging conversational flows that cater to diverse customer needs.API Integration: Proficient in integrating third-party APIs, especially for customer service platforms like Zendesk or CRM tools.Problem Solving & Adaptability: A solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to learn new tools and apply existing skills to new platforms (Kore.AI experience not required).Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex technology into user-friendly experiences.Experience with Kore.AI or similar bot development platforms (training available).Familiarity with customer service processes and understanding of common client needs.Experience in agile development and collaboration with cross-functional teams.Excellent problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.Experience in US-based companies is a plus.
